Arrow Sonnenbraune 2000 troubles...please HELP!

We have a Sonnenbraune 2000. It is a 15 minute bed with 3 facial lamps. While it is on, the whole bed flashes off and on once. In doing so the facial lamps don't come on right away. Our beds have had a delay of the facial lamps not coming on right away if it is turned off and on quick, but I don't know why the whole bed is turning off and then back on in the middle of the tanning session. It doesn't happen everytime, but even so it's a problem. We had an electrician look at it and they put in a new buck boost to see if that was it and everything seemed fine for a week and it's back to its old habits. I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!!

Not to sure on the Sonnenbraune 2000,but is it fitted with filters ?. If so are they clean?. Also where the bed blows the air out of is it blocked or too close to a wall,if there is an extraction pipe fitted to the bed make sure it is clear and not to many bends in it . It may be running to hot. Just a guess but i hope it helps

Re: Sonnenbraune 2000 troubles...please HELP!

try replacing the contactors. when one starts to fail it can be erratic however I have not experienced an automatic restart following the shut down. (Also probably separate contactors for body & face) good luck
