Especially when you've been working all day and just want to get out as soon as you can, because you know you have to be there again the next day. But in order to sell your tans you have to show off your tan! So you have to find the time. Build it in to your routine and force yourself to get in there and tan. Think of it as part of your job if you don't feel like doing it. You just have to. It's part of your "marketing" :) I maintain my color by tanning 2-3 times a week in our high speed bed. If I feel like I'm fading or I'm not getting as much complaments on my tanning I know I have to tan more or change up my lotion. Sell your tans with your body! :) |

I'm so glad it's not just me who really sucks at keeping my tan going! I used to be so dark, then I opened my salon and it became harder to find the time, and after 7 years (anniversary is Dec 31!), I really have to force myself sometimes to get my ars to tan! Just want to go home when the day is done, ya know? The longest I go without tanning is probably two weeks. When I am motivated however, I usually tan every other day or so. | |

People always compliment my tan and wish they could get dark like me. They are amazed when I tell them it has been awhile since I have tanned. I know I should but by the time I leave here, I usually have to drive someone somewhere and don't want to come back later. I guess I better make an effort to tan today. Kinda like the lady at the Estee Lauder counter not wearing makeup, huh!! |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: How often do you tan? Oh, well if you are keeping your color well and your clients like it, then I wouldn't see why you have to tan so much. I would just make sure that you have great color to sell, that's all I was thinking about. Since you're on the subject of tanning right now, you might as well jump in there after work like you said! Happy Ann. Tnannie! Our 4 year Ann. was Dec 15th! |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: How often do you tan? I hold my color fairly well too, luckily. Still, I need to make a better effort to stay consistant with my tanning. When your color is great, it seems like everyone wants to buy the lotion that you are using! Much better for business when you are promoting it that is for sure. |
