Rep Power: 26 | As a buyer, these are a few of the things I would like to see detailed on a fack sheet. * Complete list of equipment and fixtures. Age and hours on beds. Maintainence records. Age of laundry equipment. Leases? * Type of salon software used, version. Computer specs. * Access to high speed internet, cable tv. * Number of amps of power, single or 3 phase. * Sales breakdown for the last 3 years, by month (tanning, lotion, EFT, misc, etc.) * Tax filings for the last 3 years. * Details of all products and services offered. * Number of EFT clients for the last 3 years. Number of EFT transactions by month and average EFT transaction amount. * Copy of all current tanning packages, programs. * Pending litigation? Insurance claims? Leins? * Number of sessions, by month, for the last 3 years. Share of sessions by bed level. * Number of active clients in each of the last 3 years. * Annual electric bill for the last 3 yearsand amount of 3 highest monthly bills. * Size and age of HVAC. * Copy of property lease. Name and phone number of landlord. Owner's written release to discuss/negotiate with landlord. * Parking spaces available. Advertise salon for sale in local papers. Screen inquiries through your attorney. Avoid business brokers if possible. Negotiate directly with potential buyers. |
