Okay, this is a post my friend wrote..and i know its bogus and i need every fact there possible is to prove her wrong and show her that its not true..here is the post:

how bad is indoor tanning on your skin and organs? i heard that it cooks your organs. is this true? what are the chances for risk? is it okay for you to tan indoors every once in a while or should i completely aviod it?
