Rep Power: 0 | I am in desperate search for some kind of release form for spray tanning . I recently had a lady accuse my male tech. of insisting she undress in front of him. I would like some kind of release stating that you dont have to undress fully or blah blah blah...I need some help w/ this |

At the bare minimum you should have a release that states the guidelines, reccomendations and procedures of spray tanning along with the possibilities related to the product. Also, one way to circumvent these issues is to have a female employee in the room when a male employee is spraying. As a male who applies airbrush myself, I have strict rules that the customer may not disrobe completely and our policiy is that a customer gets sprayed in either a bathing suit or disposable underwear. This does not probably protect us completely but it is a good step. good luck and I hope that everything works out for you. I also want to restate that you should probably check with a lawyer about the release form as I am no lawyer. |

Rep Power: 24 | I have a release form & have been spraying for over a year now & am female,EVERYONE must wear bottoms no exceptions made. The FDA states clearly that ( as I see it) that the solution should not come in contact with any mucuse membraines so I require them to were something. The release form cover any Allergic Reaction , Asthma , clothing etc.. |

Rep Power: 0 | alohatan, would it be possible to get a copy of your waiver... we have been spraying without one, but searching for one! I could have our lawyer come up with something, but since she is not in the industry it would probably sound too generic! thanks |

Rep Power: 0 | Maybe you could just hang a nicely worded sign on the wall in your spray room with a headline in big letters that says "What to Wear" with a sentence or two about how clothing is optional at the customer's preference. |
