Rep Power: 0 | I want to do this. But I dont know what is a fair lease amt. Does anyone else so this? Do you charge by square footage? Where do I get a good sublease form? Any tips on what how to make this go smooth, what I should ask for, or what I should offer? Please help! |

Rep Power: 28 | look in your local paper to see what similar are going for. I sublease 2 rooms in my studio for massage therapy and Formostar It is nice to have some $$$ off the monthly expenses. PM me for more info. J |

Rep Power: 24 | It is customary in our area to do a 50/50 split and since it allows us more controll over who is coming and going, and how they are paying, this way works for us. Some places rent a room, and depending on the type of clientelle they attract, this may be more beneficial to you. Make sure that if you have expenses that are to be shared like advertising, that you figure in those expenses as well. |
