Rep Power: 19 | I’ve been looking for an Operation Manual to base the writing of our manual on for some time with on luck, so I’ve decided to write one from scratch. I am posting my current outline for feedback and use. It needs to be pointed out that we have or intend to write 5 manuals, an Employee, Sales, Attendant (this one), Manager, and Owners. So some things IMO, belong in other manuals like the Employee Manual, this one is intended to cover only operations of Attendants. A big "Thank You" goes out to SunSally for previewing and improving this before posting. Thanks for any feedback. Rep Power: 21 | It looks pretty thorough on your outline. I believe you need to go into great detail on every item. Write down everything they should and should not do, no matter how simple. Good luck. |
