Rep Power: 19 Tommy will become famous soon enough
I’ve been looking for an Operation Manual to base the writing of our manual on for some time with on luck, so I’ve decided to write one from scratch. I am posting my current outline for feedback and use. It needs to be pointed out that we have or intend to write 5 manuals, an Employee, Sales, Attendant (this one), Manager, and Owners. So some things IMO, belong in other manuals like the Employee Manual, this one is intended to cover only operations of Attendants.

A big "Thank You" goes out to SunSally for previewing and improving this before posting.

Thanks for any feedback. (I think)

Tom

It looks pretty thorough on your outline. I believe you need to go into great detail on every item. Write down everything they should and should not do, no matter how simple. Good luck.
