Rep Power: 0 | I have a ProSun Luxura and we believe the triac board (I think that is spelled right!) is bad. ProSun wants over $600.00 for a new one, but I would rather have this one repaired or checked to see if it's truly bad. Can anybody help. Does anybody know of a place we can buy one cheap!! |

Rep Power: 20 | Prosun sometimes have reconditioned boards that they will sell you for much less! You will have to ask for them specifically. Keep in mind you might have to go through several boards since prosun has a problem with sorting out good boards from returned boards. I know since I also needed a triac board and it took 4 boards before I received one that worked! |

Rep Power: 25 | Masterdragon. The best thing to do is call a factory or something alike that use circuit boards in their mfging. A long time ago, I used Brunswick (bowling) a factory locally and they use to repair double electronic ballast for me. A person that deals with electonics should know what to do or trouble shoot it and try to fix it. You may just have something minor wrong with it like some dioads or capacitors or something. Good Luck. It wouldn't be good to pay 600.00 dollars for a new board that may just go out again in the future. PS tanningbedrepair.com most likely won't help you with this. Most on that site are technicians to fix beds not repair boards. |
