I am getting so tired of clients breaking my "this bed has been sanitized" signs! There are so many places that they could place the sign, other than the darn floor. Good grief. I know this may sound petty, but hey, the signs cost money... and I know I am not he only one with this gripe. Nobody ever says "oh, i am sorry I accidentally broke your sign." Nothing. Just broken signs left in the rooms. Sorry. I am venting.
Sombody calm me down. I am tempted to put the broken signs on the lobby counter for display and that wouldn't be very nice... (Am i just pms-ing or should i do something?)
Thanks, Jen at Hotties Tanning Salon

I know it sounds ghetto but we keep the broken half that says this bed has been sanitized & just lay it flat on the towel.

Yes, it is VERY annoying & very expensive but nothing is worse then when I step on it because I didn't see it in the floor!!

I have have been playing with the idea of a door sign that has "THIS BED HAS BEEN SANITIZED" on one side and "BED IN USE" on the other. Would this solve the problem?

You could remove the sign yourself when you take the client to their room. It might be a little more work but would solve the problem.

I am not the one stepping on the signs.. It's the clients. They obviously throw them on the floor before they get in the bed and then step on them as they get out. I worry too, that somebody could cut their foot open.

I never had noone ever step on mine but one time someone put one on the chair and when they were dressing they sat on it and broke it. I know it hurt because I heard a big squeal come out of the room.

I have had 2 large woman but their butts through 2 of my acrylics which cost me almost $500 to replace in less than one month ...I would take the broken bed sign anytime. Maybe that will make you feel better...
