I have a 1996 Sundash R-26B. The bottom acrylic has a crack in it, the canopy acrylic is in perfect condition. Can I just swap them? Will they fit? I appreciate anyones assistance.

Don't know the line specifically, however, most beds use a thinner acrylic on top than the bottom. Not a good idea.

Usually, with the sundash r26 or r32, you can switch them. I have done it while waiting for a new one to ship. If you call a distributor to order one, usually if it matters, they will ask if it is the top or bottom...or you can ask them if the part # is the same.

The top and the bottom are the same on these units. I have never been asked if it was the top or bottom. How often does a top piece crack?

When my bottom acrylic got broken, I just swapped it with the one on the top...it worked fine until I could afford to have it replaced

The beds that I have the top acrylic is thinner than the bottom, same size, just much thinnner.
