would you say the majority of you client's are in and out without having to "take a seat" and wait? In our salon, people generally do not have to wait at the salon we are in now. However...if we grow like I hope we will (through the move we will soon make) I want to make sure I'm allowing enough seating. Here's the deal...
1. We will have 12 beds
2. We do walk ins but mainly appointments

How much room should I allow - and do you allow - for waiting???

We opened with 12 beds and had 15 chairs in our lobby. Many many times during season they were all full

We have 7 units & 4 chairs in the lobby as we are only 750 sq.ft, yes in season they wait but for a very short time.
