For those that have added it. How is it doing and how are you marketing it?

It's doing very well. We market it as the noninvasive, painless, convenient, affordable, reliable way to look younger and feel better about yourself. High referral rate.

Who seems to be using it Mr.B? What ages seem to be using it more.

The majority of users are women aged 35 to 45. But I do have customers in the 25-30 age bracket and men as well.

So do you think it is just your tanning customer? Are you seeing new faces?

The referral rate is good. We've had tanning customers who bought it, then talked it up to their friends and family. I don't know if we've picked any of them as tanning customers too, but we are getting new people in just for Lumiere.

Here it got a ton of free publicity from the local news. They didn't really play on the fact that it was a tanning salon carrying it, so I'm sure it got a lot of people in the door that wouldn't normally be in a tanning salon.

Anyone with one may want to consider doing the same. Contact your local news and tell them about "the exciting new technology that makes your face look younger". The same station ran this bit that later ran one trying to tease people into thinking sunless may not be a safe alternative.
