Rep Power: 20 | ok...about 3 weeks ago we get everything situated and send them a check certified mail...i get the receipt back from certified a couple days later and i wait a couple weeks for them to call back...no call...so i give them a call and ask whats the hold up..they start getting mouthy with me that they havnt received our payment yet? i tell them to hang on and let me call them back...i wanted to get the receipt...so i call them back and tell them who signed for it and they told me the person who signed for it is their receptionist yet they have no check? she wants me to fax the receipt because she doesnt believe me....fax it to her and she never calls me back...i go out of my way and call her back to make sure she got it...she says she got it yet she talked to the girl and they dont know where the check is...at this point im just getting peeed off and thinking to myself why the **** is helios the best software company out there for salons....anywho i guess she sends out a mass email to everyone in the company to see if anyone has seen the check (wow)...now she says they lost the check and wants us to send them another one...what kinda company is helios? this is absolutely ridiculous... |

Rep Power: 22 | I cancelled my whatever it is called, still using the program.. Their techs are very rude and we never used them but maybe 5 times and didnt like the attitudes of the employees myself. |

Rep Power: 20 | we been getting dicked around ALOT by them...get this...about 2 min i got off the phone with them...well i originally wanted them to do the remote auto backup incase we ever lost info at our salon....well come to find out mistake #4567 from them is they put that we wanted salon setup and not remote backup so now she needs to change that....ALSO she asked me if i had high speed internet for both computers and i told her no...she told me to be able to do the remote back up you have to have high speed internet which i was never notified or told...so NOW we gotta cancel that...this is just getting out of hand...im very dissapointed that this company is suppoesdly the best company out there for tanning software? now we are suppose to RESEND our check today should we do this or shouldnt we? we need a software asap. |

Rep Power: 28 | We've been using Helios since we opened almost four years ago. Sure, we've had quirks here and there but nothing that their techs have not helped us with. Yesterday I had a major problem, because of something I did, and Terry called me and spent a little over two hours total on the phone getting it right. I appreciate what they've done for me. I realize I pay monthly for the service but feel that it's worth it. Just my opinion but I happen to like Helios. To me, it's easy to work with. Of course the only thing I don't like is that fact that they don't have a toll free number, but they are usually very good about calling me back. |

Rep Power: 30 | When I bought Helios last year it was a very simple transaction. I filled out a couple of forms gave them my credit card info and then recieved the products in a couple of days. |

Rep Power: 0 | I am glad to see that I am not the only persont that things Helios is a Joke. I looked over a contract that basically said they can automatic draft any amount of money from you account they choose to. I would like to have software but with what I have seen its amazing that anyone who reads the contract signs it.
