As tanning is now slowing up a bit in terms of new Blood entering out Industry is Your Manufacture really there to Help you ???????

Are your bed people there to Service your needs and wants ????

If so How has it made a differnece in the overall operation of your Store or stores.

Once you buy that 20 to 40 grand piece of metal with lights That is when the fun really begins.

You know have this unit that is as much if not more then your car,and the nightmare begins.

First a couple of bulbs or quartz facials go out.

You get on the phone and Always its seems that they will get back to you ??????

SO now Your blood pressure begins to go up and up ,,As your new piece of Equipment is sitting there MAKING NO MONEY FOR YOU.

What companies really service after the sale..........

Ultrasun but they are Slow Need improvment there for sure.
Sun ergoline hahahahahaah maybe 2 days later if you are lucky.
Mystic is Very good.
Auvl is also very good.
Everyone else cannot comment on Really dont know.

SO now IS your Units only as good as after the sale ??? They sure did look great on the show room floor or even better in that catalog sent to you.

Remember AFTER THE SALE IS EVERYTHING.............

The manufacture that services after the sale is the Key to Your success is business.

Buy direct if you can Distbs are ONLY Middle men Why give them the extra 20-30% WHY ?????????

All they did was call the Main guy who ships you the bed Actually drops ships you the bed.

ALL Major Bed companies have Service techs that will arrive with the bed or beds to Set-up for you.

At least the good companies do.

DONT BUY WITH EMOTION Huge mistake made in tanning all the time ....

B.S.............. Buy with $$$$$$ and Know how. NEVER LET EMOTION GET IN THE WAY.

YOUR LOTIONS ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR STAFF THAT LIKES THEM PERIOD There is NO other way around this.........

Esp if you own more then 1 store Your staff can and will make or break you if a New york minute.........

Any lotion company worth there weight in salt WE assit you in Training and coming to your location if need be to Train staff on New Products and or Sales techinques.

Its great to earn extra points or even money for buying your favorite brand or brands.

However if your staff Hates it Your Tanners will hate it THATS A FACT........

Also Never buy more then you can sell at any one month or bi montly period.

Tanning lotions NEVER APPRECIATE NEVER ....The longer you have them sitting the LESS Value they Become.......

And once you have to sell at Giveaways or discounts on Suggested retail price .

THAT LOTION HAS NO VALUE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE.

Lotions are a tricky business You ever notice once you GET New stuff in.

It sells Like HOTCAKES 6 weeks later it SITS AND SITS AND SITS.

Why ???? OLD NEWS TO YOUR STAFF THEY SEE IT EVERYDAY,Day in and day out.

Dont fall into that trap of Overbuying and Overstocking to the point of Lost earned revenue"s.

Once its old you LOSE MONEY PERIOD.

Dont listen to lotions folks who claim to Overstock or Fill up on any ONE certain product IT WONT WORK LONG TERM.

The Top compaines DONT USE PRESSURE TACTICS TO SELL YOU HARD.

If you are currently buying from a Distb that Uses such Hypes to get YOUR MONEY DROP THEM NOW THEY ARE USELESS TO YOU.

Stay within your budgett.

Never Overbuy.

Ever year, Year after year the same lotion companies coe out with there Newest hits.

HEY HERE IS A THOUGHT WHY dont they Launch 2-3 times a year.

THEY CANT WHY ????????/

Because in TANNING. THE Lotion companies dont EMPLOYEE SMART ENOUGH PEOPLE WHO CAN ACTUALLY CREATE AND THINK More then Once a year.

SAD BUT TRUE.

As I have said in the past, we would not buy our base beds from anyone else! Customer service has always been outstanding for us. Now as far as lotion distributors, they are only in it totaly for themselves! We always shop around, they are not all priced the same. They can call us "honey","sweetie", or anything else, but the bottom line is, how much does it cost?.
