Rickety?? Thin acrylic?? I dont know about that.... I own ALL HEARTLAND equipment, and it was the best choice I ever made. In the 2 years we have been open, I havent had ANY problems with the units, and their customer service is great. Their technician is really helpful too (which is important)!! Their equipment is VERY easy to maintain, and it produces great results. YOu cant go wrong with Heartland beds. Their equipment is also pretty eye appealing too, real sharp looking. PM me for pic's, or any other questions you may have.

Excellent performance and service..plus they are USA made. Check out the Acclaim VHR and HP.All units very reasonable in price. The Encore with 48lamps @180w, true ballast, goes for under 12K, OUT OF THE BOX. Could never find a better deal. Tans as good as any Euro for 1/2 the cost.

Great Beds!!! They have built in T-Max and the availibilty to connect a fan to them so you do not need a 110volt outlet in the room. That will save you some $$.

I don't see why they couldn't make them a little more appealing to the eye though. I'd like to see a little more sizzle! I'd buy them in a minute if they were better looking.
