Rep Power: 0 | I like to have my managers to have a 1 month time period where they are training and sort of a trial time as well. I'm never sure how to compensate them for this. I want them to have full duties, but don't know if they should make full manager pay or not. If they do, then there is no real differentiation between the trial period and the actual regular job time. If I don't pay the full rate, I would feel like I'm expecting them to do the full manager job, but not willing to pay them for it. What do you do with training pay for managers? |
