Rep Power: 0 | I have two spray tan locations. I get walkouts because I do not have a bed or standup. My space is limited so a standup would be better, but I can fit a bed if I need to. I am interested in high pressure technology. What would anyone recommend? Also, what is the best equiptment for the price and where can I find good used equiptment? |

Rep Power: 68 | I always recommend the HP piece as the next one to get because of the profit potential. IMHO Tan America Matrix L33 is the only way to go, but there are decent HP units out there as well. However, if you're in an area that isn't ultra competetive, then the stand up would be the right way to go for several reasons. Again, no spam, Tan America Sun Up II is beyond compare, IMHO. Good luck. |

Rep Power: 29 | YOu are talking apples and oranges. You can get the strongest standup used for under $10K (well under in some cases). No additional cooling necessary. If you get HP, you are talking HUNDREDS OF TIMES more expensive to own/run. Stand up NO QUESTION. |

Rep Power: 0 | Quote:HUNDREDS OF TIMES more expensive to own/run WTF R U talking about ??? Can tell you don't ghave any clue to begin with. Want to get into HP without the 30-40K pirice tag ??? pick up a good used mattress bed, if no one else in the area has any HP. can pay for itself in a little as 90-120 days. A vertical HP can also fit well, marketed correctly, with the spray-on biz. Both would require 2-3T of AC, but should be there if you have no other beds to begin with. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: sparkie on 2005-05-24 12:58 ] |

BTW a VHR booth/bed is STILL gonna require 3/4 - 1-1/2 T of HVAC to run properly and afford a comfortable tan to the client. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: sparkie on 2005-05-25 15:55 ] |
