I've read a lot on here about ets, ergoline, prosun, and a few others. Haven't seen too much on Heartland. I'm shopping around for a couple of new beds and have been looking at some from Heartland. I have had some experience with others that were good beds, but the customer service I got when something went wrong was lacking. How is the performance on the Heartland beds, and do you get the service you want and need after you've purchased as well as before you buy?

Heartland was great to work with and thankfully I have not had any technical issues in the year i've had the beds. I have praised them many times on here as have many others.

i bought my heartland 164/4 used and called them for wiring info and timer hookup and they gave me excellent customer service and knew i hadnt bought it new from them !

I only have the legacy leg tanner from heartland. I have had no problems with it. Phone service when needed was fine.
