Skinny in a bottle... - tanTALK

So today I am looking through a trade magazine and come across squeeze's product Miami Slice. And across their bottle is LOOK UP TO 15 POUNDS SLIMER. Ok, I thought it was great with DS Ray Of Light, hopped on the band wagon but they only promote 10 pounds on the bottle. At least I know with Designer Skin I am going to get some great tanning results even if it does not get rid of my cushion. Is this going to end up becoming a battle of who can get you the best body? Where is this line going to be drawn? Where does everyone see this trend in lotions going?

Our customers dont buy it. They see slimming formula and say "yeah right". It makes our sales a little harder, because you have to get the cutomer to buy into it. Although, after they use the lotion, they don"t comment on the slimming results, but rather on the quality of the lotion. I agree with you river_brat, I"d rather put my money with DS then Miami Slice.

What about the lip gloss that is supposed to suppress your appetite as well? Has anybody used it? How does it work (or does it work)?

skinny in a bottle products will work well in a gym.

what about the lip plumpers.....I don't find they work at all.

i have tried the lip appetite suppressors and it doesnt work, and it tastes horrible. the lip plumpers however will plump your lips for about 30 minutes after that the effect is gone, it will tingle a little bit at first, the basically draws blood to that area, like the tingle products in lotion, kind of uncomfortable at first, then you get used to it, i wouldnt buy it if i was a customer.

We all know that when you are tanned you look thinner, and your cellulite appears diminished. Having the lotion manufacturer's use this common knowlege for marketing just speaks to how trashy salesmen and marketing exect's can be. We carried Ray o' Light and got seriously laughed at. When the last bottle is gone we won't offer it again.
