sure here are a few...,tanning can reduce PMS ,tanning can help obesity simulated sunlight stimulates thryroid gland which boosts your metabolism, tanning can help with seasonal depression reduces fatigue and stress ,tanning can also help reduce colds.

Not to mention that studies have shown that UV exposure can reduce your chances of getting certain types of internal cancers such as breast cancer.

Great source of Vitamin D especially in the winter months here in Canada !!

Want direct answers pick up a copy of "The Uv Advantage" by Dr. Hollick. I have read this book and make all my employees read a chapter a shift. It will answer and explain the advantages to UV exposure.
