Rep Power: 24 | Several different topics here in my opinion..... The N'Joy is a 60 amp single phase breaker. It tans just as well if not better than other HP units at twice the price. It is definately worth the $$$. Dcjjp, I meant to get back to you yesterday.....there will be an N'Joy delivered next week in New Jersey but right now that is the closest to you. Greg, is that what you were telling people when you were trying to sell the SunShower booths recently? Now on to the main topic.... It used to be that HP was $30k and sunless was $30k now that you can get both for $30k I think it is benefical to have both if you can. If you must choose one or the other I think you have to then consider a couple of things. With little competition you should be able to keep pricing high on either one you bring in. Personally I would probably go with sunless. It will open a whole new customer base for you. People who for one reason or another would never tan will now be coming to your salon. HP is still tanning although it is faster and in my opinion better it still serves the same general clientele. One of the reasons some think the sunless market is fading is because of poor results. If you have little or no competition you must make sure you have a quality booth and instruct people how to use it correctly. If you do this not only will the sunless market in your area not fade but it will continue to grow. |

Rep Power: 0 | We are also discovering that all of the spray booths in our area give horrible results, and our customers like our CT power brozing airbrush better because it gives us better results. It only takes a few minute to do the work, and we do it by appointment only. Why stand in the automatic "car wash" and get sprayed, only to have the mist settle down onto your hands and feet and turn orange? Ugh! No, we like the ability to do airbrushing instead, the results are better and our customers are happier than using the walk in spray booths. Many tell us they will never go back again. In the space where the airbrush takes place we have put a lot of money towards the decor, and this was a big plus to the whole salon. I say skip the bed and the booth, get the airbrush instead. |
