What is the best way to run your salon?

some my freinds choose a high per person ticket and tan less. I perfer to tan volume with a medium ticket as long as your makeing money that all that matters.

For our salons we are into volume. I believe I will sell our customers upgrades, lotions, and prepaid dollars...all I need is the bodies!

It seems volume is the way to go these days.

I agree with the volume idea. Use an EFT or entry package at a really good price to attract and build upgrades and lotions from there. That is what we did, worked for us.

Volume here first....get the tanners in the door, and we will get them into upgrades and lotions!

depends on your market, the type and number of beds, sales staff, etc.
