This may be a stupid question, but I'm really curious. Are there salons where people are allowed to smoke inside (even if just in the waiting area)? Does anyone ever smoke (or allow employees to smoke) inside the salon?

i don't even allow employees to smoke in front of my store outside...

Smoking only in the back alley! I recently fired a girl for smoking in front after she had been told repeatedly...she also was doing lots of other things.
