Does anyone use them? I was thinking of putting them into my Sunstorm rooms because the fans aren't powerful enough. I don't want the look of a fan at the other end of the bed. I feel if I am going to do something I'd better do it right from the start. I have seen some when I used to use an Omega, but not sure if it was built in or seperate.

Thanks!

If you have the means to vent it then I would.

Already vented upward with industrial metal pipe. Problem is that I have high ceilings @20feet and I cannont vent outside anything (concrete, exposed ductwork etc...) There is 2 tons of air in each room and open ceilings but the fans in the Sunstorms suck.

You might need to rearange some of your a/c duct work. I moved the return closer and olso took one of the supplies and brought it down to the flor in that room.

We use portable AC units in our HP rooms and they work great. Keep in mind you will have to duct these out of the room with 4" flex.

Future industries used to sell a portable a/c you might call them to see if they still sell them and what the pricing is.

Home Depot also sells them other than venting a big Draw back is that you have to keep an eye on the water that goes into the drain off container. its small and when full it will shut down.
