Just wondering how all of you handle clients that come in the door...obviously, they are greeted but is there anything "special" you might say to them....so that they purchase lotions or other things for sale in addition to just tanning? I want my girls to be the "best" at sales and just wondered how you train yours to say the appropriate thing to get them to buy.....
