We do. I pay 10% for bottles sold and 5% on packettes. If we are running a special promotion on a lotion I adjust the commission accordingly.

We have a team goal and once they hit their team goal they then earn additional commission if they hit certaing levels with their PPA

Employees should be paid on total sales. If they don't make the total sales then they don't get commission. It weeds out the ones who can't hang and rewards the ones who can....Every level (that you create) their commission goes up. Makes them sell not only lotions but upgrades and everything else they can.

percentage paid out every 3 months to individual total sales

We have a total they must hit in lotion sales on a monthly basis in order to get commission. If they reach the goal they then get 10% off there individual product sales.
