Rep Power: 0 | TANERGY LLC’S RETRACTION AND ENDORSEMENT As some of you might have seen, my prior posts in this forum expressed dissatisfaction with Sun-Maker, Inc., the distributor of Soltron tanning beds, because of the level of service I was receiving after placing a substantial order. However, after several communications with Jeff Saxton, the owner of Sun-Maker, Inc., and Dennis Tebon, the President of Soltron, and after the service I recently received from the two of them, I must retract my prior sentiments. It seems that my frustration resulted over nothing more than a misunderstanding over the terms of our agreement. We have since resolved those differences, and Soltron (through Dennis Tebon) and Sun-Maker, Inc. (through Jeff Saxton), have provided a level of service over these past few weeks which is to be commended. Specifically, after resolving the misunderstanding over our agreement, Soltron, as a show of good faith, shipped all of the tanning beds I purchased to Florida for immediate installation into my salon, and it agreed to absorb the additional cost of the express shipping. In addition, Sun-Maker, Inc., through Jeff Saxton, and his installation crew, began working at my southeast Florida location Friday afternoon, and they worked continuously through the weekend to have my beds assembled and installed, so that I could have my store open and operating during the holiday season. Both Sun-Maker and Soltron, as well as their proprietors, were extremely professional, diligent about their work, and could not have provided a higher level of customer service during the entire installation process. I encourage all readers of this post to try their products and services. |

Rep Power: 0 | Jeff is a professional. I have dealt with him since 2003 when Soltron launched. He has met every commitment discussed whether in writing or not during two salon openings with 10 Soltron beds. Glad your issues worked out. |

Rep Power: 22 | Let me just give another HIP HIP HARRA for Jeff Saxton and Dennis Teabon. I too have had recent dealings with both Jeff and Dennis. They both worked dillentgy and tireless to get my salon open. We had a few minor setbacks , but everything worked out just fine. Jeff Saxton is a fair and honest guy who goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. Every single issue which I had regarding equipment, specs, and the build out out was addressed and answered. And last but not least, THE SOLTRON EQUIPMENT ROCKS!! |

Rep Power: 0 | I purchased my soltron's from Jeff @ sunmaker in nashville and he and Dennis Tebon have been great. they have been nothing but customer oriented. Jeff and Dennis both call me at least once a month just to check up us and the performance of the beds. we are planning on buying three more real soon. Soltron and Sun Maker are stand up companies and I will do buisness with them for years to come. THANK YOU JEFF & DENNIS |
