Rep Power: 0 | NO! why? because some of them think it heats up? I HAVE some peircings & have never had any problem, other than if i CHANGE the piercing to a different size, some interesting tan lines! FRESH piercings, as with tattoos, different story - if i am aware or see them obviously tugging/adjusting clothes I will ask & give them the heads up to cover up - we keep tape & bandages under the desk for this reason, lots of new tattoos lately for some reason |

Rep Power: 21 | when explaining the beds to clients, timing system, etc. we tell them they should remove all jewlery prior to getting into the tanning bed. If they have piercings they cannot take out, I let them know that they need to be very careful considering their piercing may scratch and damage our acrylic. Since we started adding this to our speal scratches on the acrylics have been reduced drastically. |
