Rep Power: 0 | I just started our a month ago so far 45+ ezpayplan (eft) 18.88 no sign up fee and 30 day notice to cancel. Last year on a traditional model we had 42 for the entire year. I really like it and we sell upgrade packages with it and we have been very happy with the results |

Rep Power: 51 | I do a 3 month minimum with my Sun Club. Just make sure you make it worth it for the client to sign up for a minimum amount of time. The $19 a month would be worth it, but maybe give a 20% discount on product anytime. That's what I do. Something with substance only for them. Prefrence on appointments or something like that. I think you are on the right track. I just went through re-figuring my plans, it is stressfull trying to make the right decision! You will figure out what will work for your salon. |

Rep Power: 20 | ok....i think i got it nailed down.....i'm gonna do $59 start up fee and $19 a month with 10% off any lotion or accessory purchase... i uped the start up fee but i'm not going to have a minimum # of months they have to stay on the plan.....that way it's only worth doing the eft if your gonna stay on it for at least 3 months...I made up some awesome brochures on Microsoft Publisher that break the whole plan down with the bennefits and the requirements...it also shows the savings over a 3, 6 and 12 month period (you would save $297 in 12 months, plus the 10% on lotion purchases, that seems pretty overwhelming to me)....I have to say I really out did myself on this one.....now let's see how many we can actually sell....I'll be training my girls on this new package this week and hope to launch it next week...if i can sign up 1 out of every 3 or 4 customers on the eft i'll be happy.... |

Rep Power: 20 | We have no enrollment if you do the year committment at $20 a month, and $25 enrollment if you do month to month at $25 a month. People sometimes shy away from enrollment fees...you can have them locked in, ready to sign, and then you say it will be $60 to join and they put the pen down. We used to run a deal where you could drop the $25 enrollment, but you have to remain active for at least 3 drafts, but that caused too many "I wasn't informed" (even though they signed right by it) headaches, so we dropped it. |

Rep Power: 20 | i don't want to have an enrolment fee and i'de love to lock people in for 3,6 or 12 months but how can you enforce that???? if i run their credit card they can just dispute it.....then they tan for more than 50% off and cancell after one month and i get screwed...at least with an enrollment fee they might not cancell after 1 or 2 months....plus, i'de rather them pay full price anyway....My thinking is.."if they say no to the eft, good, now i get 49 bucks a month instead of 19...yea they might be back next month and they might not but hey, that could happen with eft too" right?? |

Rep Power: 20 | If you offer 2 different memberships (EFTs) tbo, you won't run into issues like that. The lower price one (20/mth no enrollment) locks them in for a year...they sign a contract so they can't dispute you running their card each month. And the $25 one has a one time enrollment, so even if they cancel after 2 months (there's a 30day notice, so that's they're at least there for that long) you still get some value from them. And yes, you're right, if they pay an enrollment, they usually are more likely to stick around longer. |
