The beds that I tanned in were 1997 30 lamp beds and I did not get very good color from them. Have tan america beds improved over the last 8 years. I know these beds are very popular on this site and I am just curious why.

I've got a couple of Tan America 30 lamps as my base beds and my customers love them. One must always remember it is not always the bed, more often the lamps.

Exactly fashiontan.

Also - the fact that the beds are still tanning 8 years later is worth something as well!

Tan America beds have been known, over the years, to be good performers in terms of results as well as reliable, dependable and long lasting. And the company is known for giving very good customer service. Not that many companies in this industry have been able to claim all those things at once!

I have been in busines for 3 years. I have all Tan America-including Matrix, excellent equipment, built to perform, also I have tanned everywhere and the best tan came from a Tan America bed. That's what made me decide to purchase for my salon.

These beds are truly the best. Our customers love them. We are selling due to my father retiring. We have a business or individual equipment for sale. We have 5 Tan America beds and one booth for sale. Please see my webpage and ask ANY questions. Thank you!

We own, Tan America, UWE, Sun Ergoline beds, and they all tan great! We love them all. Like sunsally said TA is known for good customer service I agree better than most.

One thing you might want to take into consideration, a lot of level one tanning beds look alike in the 28, 30, 32 lamp configurations so it could be owners not changing their lamps when they need to.

OR

Many people overate their ability to tan, and think they can become bronze Gods after one tan and leave salons unsatisfied. Unfortunately many good beds and good salons get bad mouthed for Customers ignorance good Luck.

We bought 1 tan america bed. It is full all of the time. I bought it and had a small problem making it bypass the mechanical timer. Support tech called me at 800 pm about 15miutes after I called them, I totally wasnt expecting a call back as I am used to the horrible service from a Indianapolis based company. The bed was going in 5 minutes. Tan america rules!!!!!! By the way. I bought a superbed from the same company( Not tan america ) brand new and a year later I couldnt get acrylics for it for any price from them. I will NEVER use that company for ANYTHING ever again.

I started with TA and Sonnenbraune and had no complaints until I built 5 more rooms and purchased UltraSun 4000's in 1998.

Three weeks later I sold the TA and SB to a hair salon and gym and ordered 3 more US.

People who have them think they are great. But they probably never brought in equipment better and let the customers decide.

Either people on here are realy ignorant, or they are just trying to push beds for someone.
