Energy one day and not the other. Are you on top of things? Motovation is an everyday thing not just add fire when needed. Keep the Fire lit and going.

You are definitely right..the speed of the leader is the speed of the gang! It is hard to stay motivated this time of year with its roller coaster weeks. One day--high number$ ; the next--in the ba$ement! Whoever works your salon the most...in my case..me, detemines the energy level. We have to keep ours high and be able to pass it on. Kind of like relay runners passing the baton and continuing on the course.

This is a great topic! How do you all stay motivated so you can keep your people motivated?

getting together for training sessions. letting the staffers try out all the new lotions. keep reminding them that the busy season is just around the corner and the excitement and commissions will start increasing.

I just got in a bunch of new lotions and they are excited about using, learning about and selling them. It is good to have something fresh to sell!
