Ok, I know were all talking snow right now,
But if you have not already it time to have your A.C. units serviced. If we get a warm day towards the end of the month get them cleaned up and the gas checked now.
I believe it has to be atleast 45 outside.
This may sound stupid,but do it now so your not sorry come mid Feb. when you may have to turn them on.

Gas? You mean that stuff that used to be freon? Now called R4(?) or something such. Make sure you check the overflow vent. If that gets plugged, you will have an internal water drip.

Good advice. I just put $1600 in my AC last spring! Ugh what a pain. I'm in the process of signing a new lease on another building. Building already has more power and AC than what I have now. Best part about it. I won't have to pay for heat/cool maintenance anymore. YEAH! Anyone in the market for a used AC? I make you a great deal
