I am not having a good time right now. My Sundash 252 standup fan is not functioning right now. I called up the headquarters, and they said they had 18 in stock, and would send one today. Then they call back and say they can't find them, all 18 of them!!! And they may have to make it for me. Make it?? I have no idea how long that would take, but longer than I have, where can I find parts somewhere else for this bed????

Where are you located? Could try calling a Sun distributor or factory direct warehouse (CA, OH) and see if they have any in stock.

Another suggestion would be Tan Systems out of GA (now a part of Heartland). Their "Parts Warehouse" is among the best anywhere for hard to find stuff! Try 1-800-999-8266 or call Heartland.

I am not familiar with your unit but anytime I have a fan go out on my beds, I either have the motor rebuilt locally or buy a remanufactured motor. The problem could be something other than the motor (switch, relay, bearing, etc.) but you have got a 99% chance the motor is bad in some way. The shop near me rebuilds starters, alternators, and industrial motors and a new/refurb motor is between 50 and 100 bucks. Give the yellow pages a try.
