hello,

I am trying to educate myself on the tanning industry becaue I would like to expand my salon. I have asked this to numerous tanning places and no one can give me an answer.

What are the ingredient or ingredients that makes a tanning lotion tingle? Is it one or a multiple of things. This has really bothered me that the people around me cannot answer this question. Is it top secret or what

Usually it's Nicotinate, Methyl or Benzyl or both.

and why is that neon?? You have already read every ingredient on that list in the 10min it's been since I posted it, and it's not real??? Just wondering...I'll edit my post if it's not....

Why? Because I have seen the site before and don't believe the information there regarding indoor tanning is meant to provide a positive outlook on the industry. Pretty simple eh?

I don't see how listing ingredients in a lotion and what each one does is not positive. Some people would like to know what they are putting on their bodies...especially those with sensitive skin. I just read the ingredients (a-l anyway) and so far, I don't see them bashing indoor tanning...it is simply a list of what each ingredient is used for. I am sorry if you feel this creates a negative image towards tanning.

You've missed the point, it was not the ingredient page that is the problem, it is the overall site and what it represents, it's a cosemetic surgery site.
