I was wondering if anyone is doing any kind of promos for Christmas. If so, what, and when will you set it up?

just advertising gift certificates, baskets.

We have set a Christmas Tree up in our waiting area and placed gift certificate envelopes on the tree that say "Happy Holidays." So whenever someone buys them they will then recieve the gift certificate. It will help with the young teens who might not be so honest...if they do try to take it they will have gotten away with nothing but an empty envelope.

We put up a "Supre Tree". Filled the tree with samples and gift certificates. We are also offering gift baskets and a friendly smile when they walk in!

both of those ideas sound great. I was thinking of decorating our big palm tree ....

Do a search. That is how i found lots of ideas. There are some really good ones out there.
