I have four tanning salons within a one block radius from me. Do you guys have any tips on cornering the market.

Have more operating money than they do and maybe they will starve out.

Hopefully you have the right demographics to handle it. I've had 4 (including 2 large franchises) within a 3 square mile radius for the past 5 years and have recently just had a fifth move in. Seems like everyone's making it. It definitely takes from the bottom line but advertise, don't spend useless $$, upgrade equipment, and offer the best customer service possible. That's all you can do. Good luck.
