Rep Power: 23 | Ramcat - ...my beds are not on wheels so I have to lay on the floor, squeeze (sideways) between the bed and wall, pull the hose over my head, under my chin and suck up the dust. I would say that's keeping a clean salon. Here we go with the Chocolates again...lol. |

Rep Power: 21 | Do You look like Ska coming out of the dryer holding the paper? If I knew how, I'd paste that photo here for all to see. I've started using candles to make the salon have a "not like a dead fish odor" appeal. The customers seem to like it and with an occasional running of the vaccum and dust rag, I get compliments on the appearance. I'm lucky enough to have an employee that likes to clean. |

Rep Power: 34 | I currently live in NC I am from VA I have lived in many many places, and I love Flordia the most, I love the people, the weather and most of all the salons in Florida are AWESOME! Just because you had a bad experience at ONE salon in FLA does not mean they are ALL bad! I have lived in South Beach, Orlando and St. Augustine. As a matter of fact St Augustine is home to Sun Essentials, www.sunessentials.com, which is the CLEANIEST salon I have ever been in, besides my own of course , as well as my favorite salon by far. Please NEVER make a comment so wide spread about a area when you had one bad expereince. There are bad salons in EVERY STATE, that is not the states fault but rather the owners. Floridans for the most part are very nice as well as thier tanning salons. And I am truly sorry you had a bad expereince. Next time before you travel to a area try getting recommendations on where to go so that you may avoid a bad expereience altogether. If you make it back to Florida, no matter what part email me I know of plenty GREAT salons there! |
