White Stripes on customer! - tanTALK

I had a customer use my level 2 bed and she had stripes down her back side when she finished. Why would this happen to just her? Can anyone help?

I have had new tanners that will occasionally stripe in the beds but it will even itself out. I think I read a long time ago that new tanners will sometimes stripe down their backsides. I also read that new lamps will sometimes cause this for new tanners.

Are you using the correct lamps in that unit? What kind of lamps are in the unit? Is the plexi clean in good condition?

My mother in law had never tanned in her life and after 1 tan she had stripes and the next day or so they had completely evened themselves out.

They usually even out, but if not, suggest the stand up bed.

Exposure time too long even without a burn, probably most noticeable from units that have widely spaced lamps and they will even out eventually.

switch them to the outside of the bed if you can..i had the same problem once i got a few hours on them they tanned fine!!

The beds are BodyScanXT15 15 minute beds with BodyScan XR100W bulbs and only have 200 hours om them!
