Rep Power: 28 | I was curious to find out how hard it would be to implement an EFT program at my studio, what is involved in the set-up, who does one contact? etc.... I am running Suntouch software as we speak. |

Rep Power: 0 | I am in the process of acquiring an EFT Company to do processing. The average client has 200 to 400 accounts. There are some smaller and some bigger, but this seems the average. I would like to talk further if you are still interested. Call me at 214-729-7003. |

Rep Power: 22 | EFTs are simple. If you already take credit cards you can simply keep records on file and process them once a month. If you process on your computer, most companies have the ability to make recurring charges. You just put in the amount and how often to run it. Checks can be run through your local bank. Get a voided check from your customer and create a master list. If you live in a small town you may be able to give them a hard copy and they will process it. In larger towns you will probably have to supply them with your data on a disc, or by email. You don't need a company that will charge you a processing charge. Just contact your bank and your credit card company and they will help you. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: richard9091 on 2004-10-26 12:49 ] |

Rep Power: 28 | Thanks for the input, Upon further consultation with some of my clients, I think I am going to pass on the whole EFT thing. I have decided to lower the price of my monthly unlimited on my Sundash 232's (base) to $39, and my argue point is that there is no set up fee, no contract, just pay as you go. |

Rep Power: 28 | most of the places around here offer a $29 and a $25 set up fee with a 6 month minimum... I think my offer is more than generous and have had over 30 people take us up on it thus far for new clients we gave them a month free to boot... 2 mos for $39 |
