Rep Power: 0 | In 1997 I went to a flea market and there was a man selling tanning lotion for $10 a bottle. I asked him what kind it was because the bottle was VERY generic looking. I CANNOT remember the name, but he said that it was alot like Swedish Beauty and that his daughter's salon could not keep it in stock. I figured it was worth a shot b/c I was tanning for prom and had used up all my good lotion. I used it at the same bed I had been going to for years and I got super dark after only a couple of visits. (The lotion was the only thing that had changed in my tanning routine.) I used the whole bottle up that spring and was the darkest I had ever been! Anyway, now I am using the REAL Swedish Beauty stuff and it doesn't even compare to that generic stuff. (Don't get me wrong - it's good, but the generic was way better!) Anyway - I would just kill to know the name of that lotion or where I could find it again. If I remember correctly, it was a plain white bottle and it seems as if it had blue lettering on it. I just can't remember what the name of it was. It was the best $10 I ever spent though! Even the biggest lotion snob would agree if they tried it! Anyway, if anyone can help me, I would be so appreciative! Thanks!! |

Rep Power: 21 | It wasnt necessarily that lotion, I have has lots of customers that use one product and will buy a sample of something else and seem to tan much darker with it, I always recommend changing your lotions from month to month, It gives your skin something different, and helps your retail sales, this is why we carry 5 different brands, It sounds funny but it really seems to make a difference in your tanning. Try it and see |

Rep Power: 23 | It could have been any brand that he private label, not that it was a big thing back then, He could have told you that is was compatible to the brand which is something alot of private labelled sellers do. |

Rep Power: 22 | Cherry bid dawg is right. You are looking for JA product now. NOt to confuse you but what you bought is now a different company. The bottle was round white bottom blue top - am i righ? It is a JA product - Solaruim A - with a tingle factor 2. Any salon that wants to make a few $ should be able to order it for you. Also after you get the lotion please log back on to tell us if it is the same. You will see alot of poeple on here about to say that I and big dawg are wrong. I promise you that we are not. I been doig this for 10+ yrs and this is one of the subjects that i am right about. |
