Rep Power: 22 | Mistake #8: Poor followup or execution The postcard hits. 300 TI's (Telephone Inquiries) result which are converted into 25 Walk-In's which are converted into only 2 sales. Obviously, the postcard offer did its job. Inept phone pitches that fail to deliver prospects to the inside of the salon, giving out prices over the phone, missed closes inside the salon that aren't followed up by any salon employee, and poor marketing literature can turn hot leads into cold ice. Track your conversion rates from TI to Walk-In and from Walk-In to Sale Close. How do you track your conversion rates? Do you know your conversion rates? |
