I had a question also about bulb changes... We are running Cosmolux VHR 160's in our AUVL Sungate and Cosmolux VHR 140, VHO 160's in our Sunstorm, At how many hours should these be changed. (in your opinion) I have talked to many distro's and they are saying at like 200 hours (so they can sell me some) I thought moreso like 400 from what I have heard.

I am not that familiar with reflector bulbs?

400-600 hours. Using a Solarmeter is helpful. You can track the lamp's depreciation to 70% of original output, which is roughly when the lamp needs to be replaced.
