Rep Power: 28 | BellaTan where are you located? I have opened my studio in VA/DC last June and had a really slow go of it. This season has been **** on the east coast thus far in my opinion... but anyway, We have over 1000 clients in our database so far, alot of them are military and hotel guests ( there are like 10 hotels within a 2 mile radius) very transient. so true numbers I would guess like 800 true clients. As far as per day tanners for me I have @45-50 per day only. I can relate to you with the twiddling my thumbs thing. LOL As far as refunds go, We have a transfer policy that they can transfer to anyone who will take them.. Refunds are not given. I have not encountered anyone who has challenged me on it thus far. Hope this helps Jeff |

Rep Power: 20 | Having just opened, I would refund his package since he hasn't used it yet and let him purchase the 1 month. I would assume the 3 month package would be cheaper than the 1 month? Did you explain that to him? What was his reason for only wanting 1 month vs. 3 months, as it might be a legit reason? The thing I wouldn't do is mix the method of payment, do cash for cash, credit card for credit card). If it was done by check, I would tell them that you have to wait until the check clears. I wouldn't want to get burned for the amount of the check. I feel that you don't need a bad rap already and hopefully they are honest and will tell others how honest and good your service is. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: Coppertone on 2004-07-29 23:05 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | BellaTan, I guess your orginal question was about tanners per day. If you are only doing 25-30 tanners per day now...wait until sept/oct/nov. It will get even slower. The busy season is April/May/June. |

Rep Power: 20 | We just put central air three days ago. Beleive or not our numbers are going up. We did today 32 customers and yesterday was 28. Not bad for a little 2 bed salon doing 1/2 appointments and open from 9 - 7. We are planning to have our offical grand opening in Sept. We are also hoping to have another unit weather it be a stand up or upgrade. |
