I'm trying to gather information about spray-on/sunless tanning. Please tell me what you've learned about this type of tanning. My new unit arrives in 3 weeks and I want to be able to do this right!

What should be done or not done? Any advice will be appreciated!

Heck.... we have just bought the MAGIC TAN,,,, I"m really white and I tried the level 3,,.. Well,,, much to everyones surprise,, it looks like I have been tanning for a couple of weeks... I SWEAR!!!!!!!!!!.. I have pale skin,,,I guess you would call it perhaps a 3 on the scale....We tried it in our salon, and I should have probably tried the level 1 or 2 at most.. Level 3 looked like I just came back from a months vacation in Jamaica... If you are of Scottish decent,, I would suggest that you go with the level 2 ,,,,... That is just my opinion....

Whatever you do, DO NOT use clear sunless spray. You cannot see what you have just sprayed! Don't bother with expensive barrier creams, they are too pricey and vaseline works just as well.

I'll have to agree with ILOVE....vaseline does work wonders for the barrier cream. Make sure you have a good pre-tan conditioner for the dry areas like elbows, knuckles, knees, and ankles, and an alcohol-based touch-up solution for after in case they mess something up.
