ZX30-3F Wiring Question - tanTALK

Hello all!

This is my first post here and I'm looking for some help on the installation of my bed.

I just bought a pre-owned ZX30-3f and I am using it at the house. Anyway...

I'm having problems with it starting up. I have a 70 AMP box with a 40 AMP breaker in the room with the bed and the bed is wired directly to the 70 AMP box. I have 6 gauge wire coming from my main box 1 Black, 1 Red, 1 White and 1 Ground. The bed comes with 1 Black, 1 White and 1 Green. This is how I have it wired from the main box to the 70 AMP box...

Black wire from the main to the pole with the black from the bed. Red wire from the main to the pole with the White from the bed. And finally, I have the Green wire as ground.

I am by no means an electriction but I have BASIC knowledge. However, with this wiring I have nothing happening. All I get is the timer read-out saying 0 and then 2 and then 30. Then 20 and stays there. It is the only thing showing power. No fans or lights???

I have no idea what's wrong. I know the bed works because I have seen it before I bought it. I know there is something wrong with the wiring..

I have tried to contact ETS and they say their tech support isn't there till Monday. I was hoping to tan before then.

ANY help on this issue will be GREATLY appreciated!

Please if anyone has any suggestions, please post.

The timer on the bed needs to be programmed. ETS can help you with this on the phone.
