ANY SUGGESTIONS ON COOLING DOWN THE ROOMS? I HAVE PLENTY OF AIR CONDITIONING. I EVEN INSTALLED FANS ON BOTH SIDES OF MY BUILDING. THE FANS PULL THE COLD AIR FROM OUTSIDE, AND DROP IT OVER EACH ROOM. MY ROOMS ARE STILL IN THE UPPER 90'S. 4 OF MY BEDS ARE EROGLINE CLASSIC 300'S. THESE BEDS RUN SO HOT! I AM NOW THINKING OF ORDERING THE EXHAUST UNITS FROM ERGOLINE. ONLY THEY RUN ABOUT $600.00 A PIECE! LOL I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ANY SUGGESTIONS!

We haven't had that problem, yet. We are planning on installing ceiling fans to help circulate the air.

Are your rooms built from floor to ceiling? That may be a big part of your problem. We didn't, we wanted the air to be able to circulate.

Putting mobile fans in the rooms make a big difference. The salon that i work at has a Magic 636 and its super hot, we have a fan running at the end of the bed blowing at the feet, some of my clients like the fan on full blast, other turn it off completely, we still have the big exhast systems and all but remeber ever client is different, so thus you can't go wrong with the mobile fans!!!

I had the same problem. I need a low budget fixes, could not afford $1,000 a ton of ac. What I did was have my air conditioning man put an exhaust fan in the attic to pull out the hot air out of the attic. Then my electrician came in and put commercial strength exhaust fans in the rooms to suck out the hot air out of each room. What happens is they are set on a thermostat to turn on at 74 degrees, you can barely hear it but it helped tremendlously. And maybe about $600 as opposed to $5,000 to add more ac.

I have 5 beds and a booth. 1200sqft. 3 tons of air. Place was BRUTAL until I rerouted the air. 20 tons of air is crazy. MOST CASES the air flow is to blame. WHere are your returns located? Instead of ading more tonnage of air, put returns in each room. THe hot air will get sucked out imediately and reconditioned. Remember, the hot air in the rooms is LOW HUMIDITY which is real easy to cool compared to higher outside humidity. Also, you want to have the AC on the machine more than the person. ****, drill through the floor and have the ac blasting the bench fans.

A simple fix that is not through is to cut the bottom of the doors on your rooms three inches from the floor. Be sure that the rooms are open at the ceiling and at times the adding of french doors is helpful. Remember that you want to dispose of the hot air gathering in the room and let the coler air from the floor into the room. If we an be of assistance contact us at 800/338-8267.
