do any of you have any input on prosun equipment?

The equipment itself, I have never used. The company itself, I have dealt with and they are reallllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slow with taking care of issues...

Have had their beds since Aug. 1998 with no major problems with the equipment or service -- although I didn't need much service from them.
