Does anyone know of a salon software that uses Caller-ID to open-up the clients information?

Caller Id? We use our client last 4 dig of phone #. Is that what you mean>?

no, When the client calls the salon the computer software automatically opens their information page. So when you pick up the phone you already have that clients information in front of you.

Hey JJH,

Currently I am researching software as well and I came across software that does exactly that. I don't know anything about them but will be conducting extensive research in the next few days to determine which software to use in our new salon.

what happens,f the software has their home#,but they always call on their cell phone or work #..and what happens when phone #'s change or are disconnected..seems to me, updating the program would be needed..too much trouble. Whatever happen to good old phone etiqute??.."Hello. How can I help you today?"..."Good morning, and thank you for calling the X salon. Can we get you tanned today"?
