Does anyone use Tan Track and what do you think of it?

For the money, TanTrack is simple to learn, use and works. I've tried Helios v.10, but I didn't think the interface was nearly as user friendly, the reporting was better than TanTrack, however, TT has added a lot of new features to the Reports section in the last couple of updates to the software. When adding packages in Helios, it seemed like there were a lot of duplicated efforts and only a few clicks of the mouse with TT.

I haven't used any of the other tanning salon software so I can't comment on them, but both of my salons gladly run on TanTrack software.

Thanks sunlounge. I have a single location with 6 beds so I am mainly looking for something simple to use with just the core features for running a salon.

I use tan track and love it! I also have a single location with six beds and it works great! Awesome customer service! Once I called and told them a feature that I would like to have and they changed the software while we were on the phone and I immediately downloaded the upgrade!

I also use Tan Track and love it. It was very easy to learn and is very easy to use. I have a single salon with 4 beds, soon to be 5. I would highly recommend this program!
