Garbage Cans in rooms - tanTALK

Anybody know off hand if there is a health code in florida regarding garbage cans in the rooms....

...lids, no lids, lined, not lined

thought there was some regulation on it (god knows there is on everything else) but i dont see it in the info i got from the health dept. Ill call Monday if nobody knows

You will have to check w/ local and state regulations, but tip for the future if you decide to have trash cans in each room... I have seen things in there that just don't belong. I don't want to go too far into detail, but people are gross, crude, and have no limits. Be carefull PLEASE!

We empty our waste baskets after we clean each room. We have never in 7 years of business found anything in there that shouldn't be there. Keeping them empty really helps.

Definately trash cans in the rooms. Tanfast is correct with keeping them empty. A trash can full of paper towels seems to look like a toilet to some people.
